An Unusually Warm Day II

Today was another warm day, along with yesterday being very warm days.

Seriously, 50 degress in near-February? The planet may not like that, but I love warm winters! Taken on January 28, 2018.

Movie Night with Julie!

Yesterday, I had movie night with Julie! Julie is my mentor, and we have gone out on 2 outings, and this is the second one. The first one was Aug 1, 2017, and that was a crazy one. We went to see The Emoji Movie, which was really good. But Julie had forgotten her wallet, so she bought tickets online, and we had a great time watching the movie! But when we went to Arizona Pizza at the mall, Julie had to give the waiter her credit card number, because she forgot her wallet at home. But, we had a good time, because Arizona Pizza has a gluten-free crust. I ordered a cheese pizza, and it was delicious! And that was the first outing.

Now, to the second outing, the one we had last night on Jan 26, 2018:

It was a great outing: Mom dropped me at the mall with Julie, and we went to see Jumanji: The Return Of The Jungle, which is a great movie! It was PG-13, instead of PG, so I watched a more mature movie than I did before. They said a couple bad things, but I don't talk about bad things on this blog. But, the movie was great, and some of the bad things they said were pretty funny! Overall, it is about these 4 teenagers who go to play the game Jumanji, and once you choose your character, you're sucked into the game! And they have to play the game, before they can get out! Scary, huh? And that was the movie. Here was the food part:

It was a lot better outing than the previous one, because Julie brought her wallet, and I had a $10 Arizona Pizza gift card, which paid for part of the food. I got a 10-inch gluten-free sausage pizza, which was DELICIOUS! It was so good, man!

Pizza Night!

Yesterday at around 8pm, we had pizza night! It was delicious, and I had 5/6 of a cheese pizza.

A great day!

Today was a great day! I went to school today and had a splendid day! There were 4 times I almost got upset, and I handled them all! The whole day, I was good! Then after school, I got home and went to pick up Melanie.

It was a bit brighter than it looks. And this was at 4:30 PM! The days are getting longer!

Facts about 32-bit(UNIX time):

UNIX began on January 1, 1970 at 12:00:00 AM, and is used on many devices today, like Android phones!

Length of the UNIX time period:

1/1/1970 12:00:00 AM- 1/19/2038 3:14:07 AM, an astonishing 68 years!

The end of this period will occur on 1/19/2038 at 3:14:07 AM, exactly 2147483647 seconds after 1/1/1970 at 12:00:00 AM...

This only affects 32-bit devices. This won't happen on 64-bit devices until 292 billion years from now. 😱😱😱 Doesn't matter.

What will happen at 3:14:07 AM on 1/19/2038? Simply an overflow. Instead of counting to the next second, it will go back to 12/13/1901 at 8:45:52 PM.

Too Much Snow II

Yes, it is a beautiful winter wonderland out there. But it could be in the upper-40s by the weekend, so it could be gone soon, so enjoy it while you can!

And yes, it only snowed 12 days ago!

Another Snow Day!

Yesterday, I did a lot of stuff. At 1pm, we watched an Oak Island episode. It said it was 2017, but at the end of the credits it said MM(2000). That's quite old, silly YouTube. It was about the treasure buried on Oak Island. They said the treasure wouldn't be found until all the oak trees are gone(there's 1 left!), or until 7 people have died(So far, 6 have died). So we might be really close to finding the treasure!

Then at 7pm, here at home, we started watching music videos on YouTube. We watched things like Mi Gente, Single Ladies, Gangnam Style, and more.

Fun Fact: Gangnam Style was so popular, that it "broke" YouTube's old view counter of 2,147,483,647 views per video. Actually, that didn't happen. YouTube had no choice but to up the amount of views per video to 9,223,372,036,854,775,807 views per video!

Yep, if they kept the old counter, it wouldn't be good. 2018 already has broken the old counter, with videos like Despacito(4.7 billion views), Gangnam Style(3.06 billion
views), and many more.

So, here is how hard it is try to break the new view counter...

If you try to get a video refreshed every single second, and that counted as a view, it would take 39 years to get there. Too long.

Then I went to sleep at 9:30 pm.

And I went online and found out that it was a snow day around 7:30 pm.

Can't you believe it's already the first holiday of 2018(Besides New Year's)? And It's Martin Luther King Jr. Day! January 15! Why, how special this day is for 2018! First of all, normally, this day happens every third Monday of January. But it just so apparently happens on his actual birthday this year! Not January 14 or 16, January 15!

He was born on January 15, 1929.

And, he died exactly 50 years ago!

On April 4, 1968.

One Wash Costs $9.75, and no, it's not photoshopped!!!

Before this happened, people used to wash their clothes at like 10pm or something when people were sleeping. But eventually, they got so fed up with it, that they started charging people almost $10 for ONE wash.

Now, when you go to wash clothes off-hours, you have to pay $9.75 for ONE wash!

AND YES, THAT'S NOT PHOTOSHOPPED!

Normally, it's $1.50 for one wash, so if you try to do it off-hours, it's more than SIX times as expensive!

I'm pretty sure if it could read more than $9.75, it would ask for more.

INSANE!

46 Year Record Warmth... Before the cold

Thanks to climate change, we had another record warm day. But it didn't last long. It got colder and colder as the day went on and by night, temperatures were in the teens. But still, it was record warmth.
